Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Welcome customers warmly and escort them to their seats.
- Introduce the menus and describe various dishes and drinks to enhance customer understanding.
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences and menu specials.
- Order Management:
- Take orders following S&S Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to the table.
- Food Quality and Safety:
- Adhere to food, sanitary, and safety standards to ensure high-quality service.
- Inspect the appearance and quality of dishes to meet established standards.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Identify and address any special requirements, wants, and needs of customers.
- Handle and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
- Payment Handling:
- Deliver checks and process payments from customers accurately.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Proficient in handling customer requests and complaints.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
