Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Supervisor to oversee and lead our sales team in KSA. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring team performance, adherence to quality standards, and effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Time Management: Exhibit exceptional time management skills, effectively multitask and prioritize tasks to handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and engage in individual and team discussions and meetings, ensuring productive interactions and collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work constructively with peers, associates, carriers, customers, and other external entities, fostering positive relationships.
- Pressure Management: Perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate acute attention to detail and maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in all tasks.
- Quality Standards: Understand and apply quality standards, methods, and reporting requirements as needed.
- Computer Skills: Utilize excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and effectively read and interpret documents.
- Professionalism: Maintain professionalism and politeness at all times, upholding company standards and reputation in all interactions with teams, clients, and the public.
- Documentation: Ensure that site records and summaries are properly filed with the Archive team in accordance with company procedures.
- Team Support: Contribute to and support positive morale within the team, providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback.
- Project Supervision: Direct and supervise the work of a multi-disciplinary project team, ensuring that all projects are completed and finalized according to relevant documentation and company procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record in managing sales operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading teams and facilitating discussions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold company values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
