Position: QA/QC Team Lead and Manager
Job Type: Full-Time Onshore

Salary: up to 10,000 SAR per month

Al-Ashar Manpower Services is looking for an experienced QA/QC Team Lead and Manager to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia. This onsite role is full-time and includes visa support.
In this position, you will lead the QA/QC team and oversee quality control processes, inspections, audits, and testing to ensure standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor QA/QC inspectors, technicians, and engineers
- Oversee inspections, testing, audits to identify defects
- Develop and implement quality control workflows, procedures, checklists
- Analyze inspection data trends and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers
- Stay updated on regulations, standards, codes
Requirements
- 10+ years in QA/QC leadership roles, preferably in industrial projects
- Expert knowledge of QA/QC processes, procedures, standards
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Professional engineering license or inspector certification preferred
