Al-Ashar Manpower Services is hiring a Project Supervisor for a client in Qatar. This full-time role provides visa support and an attractive salary.
You will be responsible for supervising construction projects and personnel on site daily.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of workers, subcontractors on construction sites
- Inspect project progress regularly to ensure quality and schedule standards
- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols at all times
- Resolve issues that arise and troubleshoot any project problems
- Maintain schedules, contract terms, submit progress reports
- Manage small teams and supervise construction activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project supervision experience
- Expert knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail oriented with problem-solving aptitude
- Civil engineering or construction management degree preferred
