Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage the execution of Electrification & Automation projects, including protection, control, and Substation Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, managing risks, and delivering results within set timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, direct, and implement company strategies across projects.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and mentoring.
- Manage and control the execution of Electrification & Automation projects, with a focus on Substation Automation and Medium systems.
- Full responsibility for the project’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations with clients.
- Manage claims with customers and control project deliverables.
- Identify, control, and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
- Attend technical meetings with stakeholders, clients, and authorities for design approvals.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to both management and clients.
- Deliver high-quality project results on time and within the budget.
- Lead the project team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Anticipate and manage dependencies, risks, and project changes.
- Organize team-building activities and ensure regular project meetings for ongoing alignment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management with a strong background in Electrification & Automation projects.
- Experience with Substation Automation, Medium systems, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a cross-functional team.
- Expertise in managing risks, claims, and project coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foresee and mitigate potential project challenges and risks.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with client and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification is preferred.
