Al-Ashar Manpower Services is hiring a Project Manager for a client in Qatar. This full-time role provides visa support and an attractive salary.
You will be responsible for overseeing key engineering/construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead scoping, budgeting, planning, and scheduling for projects
- Assemble project teams and delegate tasks to internal/external resources
- Oversee day-to-day progress to ensure execution aligns to plans
- Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and contracts
- Implement changes, troubleshoot issues, provide solutions
- Report on project KPIs to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering/construction
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills
- Results-oriented, deadline-focused
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Degree in engineering or PMP certification preferred
