Marketing Specialist (Female)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist (Female) to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage community interactions. This role involves analyzing social media performance, staying updated on trends, and collaborating with various teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with the social media community, managing responses, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our social media presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Training and Mentorship: Guide and train junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Artwork Creation: Design compelling artworks for various marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) Development: Develop innovative POS materials to enhance in-store brand visibility and customer engagement.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track social media performance.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with strong design skills.
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, PR, and design teams.
