Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Team Leader to oversee and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) tasks on-site in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage the MEP team, ensure effective completion of all MEP work, and report on issues to improve service delivery and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Delegation: Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to team members to ensure all MEP work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports to management on daily, weekly, and monthly issues to enhance services and ensure the delivery of correct services.
- Knowledge Application: Utilize in-depth knowledge of general building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an MEP Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within the engineering field.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and general building maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide detailed and accurate reports.
- Proficiency in managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
