Al-Ashar Manpower Services is hiring an Operations Manager for a client in Qatar. This full-time role provides visa support, accommodation and an attractive salary package.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and leading the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations and coordinate with other departments
- Create and implement operating procedures, policies to drive efficiency
- Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, costs, and service levels
- Identify issues, bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance productivity
- Lead, train and mentor team members to optimize performance
- Develop and execute on plans to meet business objectives and growth targets
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations managerial role, preferably in industrial sector
- In-depth understanding of operational processes and procedures
- Strong business acumen with budgeting/forecasting knowledge
- Excellent team building, leadership, and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies
